Jumping into an entirely new industry, I serviced residential swimming pools across the Fresno/Clovis area for 2 months before being promoted to servicing/repairing the company's commercial accounts in the Central Valley.In this position, I keep our clients' swimming pools sparkling, they're equipment functioning, and water chemistry properly balanced.

Having managed my own coffee kiosk and worked as a barista for 2 years, I felt it was time to finally work for the company that I was wearing the logo to. As a barista for Starbucks, I handcraft custom beverages for all customers that I encounter throughout my day, according to their specifications. Having such experience, I'm expected to broaden my tastes and views when it comes to all things related to coffee, and learn how to efficiently excel in this business.

My responsibilities include presiding over my apartment complex, collecting rent, preparing new units for potential tenants, and going through paperwork with tenants.

My position as manager of our Starbucks kiosk involves overseeing all employees, as well training and certification of new and more advanced baristas.In addition, I also take our inventory, write orders and weekly schedules, as well as making plans for boosting our sales and increasing positive customer service.
