With over 25 years of experience as a registered general nurse (RGN), I am currently a Home Manager at SilverCrest Group, a leading provider of residential and nursing care for older people. In this role, I oversee the delivery of high-quality care to elderly residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.I have a diverse and extensive background in nursing, with expertise in critical care, primary care, spinal injuries, remote clinical triage, and anaesthetics. I am passionate about improving the standards and outcomes of elderly care, and I use my skills in decision-making, problem-solving, safeguarding, and communication to lead and support a team of dedicated staff. I have completed several level 4 modules at Swansea University to enhance my knowledge and practice. My mission is to provide compassionate and person-centred care that enhances the quality of life of our residents.
