• Responsible for the Implementation, monitoring, and Executing of all Electrical activities in multiple Projects.• Designing Electrical systems such as Meter cabinets, LV Panels, Main distribution boards, Sub main distribution Boards, Final distribution boards, Capacitor banks, Selection of Electrical cables, circuit breakers, Power circuits, lighting circuits, etc... According to the load and purpose.• Preparing the electrical drawings such as Single line diagrams, Power drawings, and Lighting drawings for the Villas, Residential and commercial buildings, Factories, and warehouses as per the local regulations.• Preparing Electrical Load Schedules for DEWA Submission and Approvals.• Good knowledge of Plumbing works, ELV systems such as CCTV, Fire alarms, Access controls, Smart systems, etc…• Coordination with the HVAC works, Plumbing works, and all other services to execute the works in a proper way.• Good knowledge of the local regulations and standards to execute the projects in a proper way.• Preparing Electrical BOQ and Quotations for the projects.• Testing and Commissioning of all the LT & HT panels.• Planning the work schedules in multiple projects, Material arrangements, Site visits, and Problem-solving.• Good knowledge of project management.

• Executing the electrical works as per the given drawings.• Installation of the Electrical systems such as Meter cabinets, MDB, SMDB, DB, Capacitor bank, light circuits, Power circuits, Isolators, etc.. as per the standard and local regulations.• The supervised site works and rectified work-related issues.• Coordination with the HVAC, Plumbing, Fire alarm, CCTV, Access control systems, etc.• Good knowledge of cable arrangements, Cable Pulling, Cable gland, and termination.• Handling of electrical load as per requirement.• Guiding the AutoCAD draftsman for preparing the electrical shop drawings as per the client/ Consultant comment as well for DEWA approval.• Preparing the work schedule and material arrangements to execute the site work.

• Supervising the Electrical team for the Electrical installations, cable pulling, Tray installation, wiring of lights, cable glands and termination, etc...• Maintenance works such as all electrical works, Plumbing works, etc...• Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using testing equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and rectify the problem.• Uses a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including megger meters, Multi meters, Earth testers, test lamps, etc...• Knowledge of pc software AutoCAD, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, etc.• Responsible for all aspects of underground work including cable pulling, installing instruments & threaded rods, Cable trunking, cable tray, ladder rack, and confined space entry.• Programming and commissioning of commercial electric water calorifiers 1500 gallons, 1000 gallons, 300 gallons, 250 gallons, etc.

• Divers technical knowledge and experience spanning power transmission/distribution and substation projects 11KV and 33KV.• Erection of 11KV, 33KV & 66KV HT, and LT Transmission Line works and material arrangements.• Operation and maintenance of generators such as 2000KVA, 1500KVA, 1100KVA, and 750KVA.• Programming and commissioning of HWAT hot water temperature maintenance system.• Inspects electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Advises management on hazardous equipment or situations.• Inspects electrical systems and their components for the purpose of evaluating conditions, identifying necessary repairs, and recommending preventive maintenance.• Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring the availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.• Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.• Coordinate with Electrical Sub-Contractor for Electrification for Execution, Installation & Commissioning.• Trained and managed twenty employees, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and maintenance of high-quality service standards expected by management.• Provide the entire electrical solutions as per requirement.
