As a program asssistant, I help with CARA logs, creating a monthly compliance newsletter that's sent out to coaches, present compliance information to coaches at a monthly meeting and work with interpretations and data entry.

As a coach I worked with recreational soccer teams and coaches to help put on training sessions. I used a basic curriculum to help direct the teams and was able to add sessions in where I felt appropriate. I was in charge of two teams simultaneously and had to make sure I was able to help out with both teams separately.

I led projects and facilitated the growth and development of school-age students from 1st to 5th grade. I work hard to cultivate relationships with the kids I oversee and learn how to communicate most effectively with each and every one of them.

As a receptionist I was the first person to greet a customer when they walked through the door and made sure that their first point of contact at the center was a positive one. I had to work with MRM which is a system that works with bookings and enrollment for classes at the center. It was a fast-paced environment all while needing a smile and a positive attitude when working with our customers.

I led four separate soccer classes of up to 20 toddlers and children. I planned and implemented what activities I would lead, communicated with parents about their child's progression and areas of improvement. I worked closely with other coaches to provide the best possible soccer experience.

As an intramural supervisor, I was in charge of talking to participants and resolving issues with officials and patrons. We did the set-up and take down of fields and maintained communication during the changing of shifts.

While working with Pac-12 Networks, I have been a runner, utility, and production assistant for Pac-12 broadcasts at Washington State University. By being a production assistant I was able to get a more in-depth view of how a show was run and all the different facets that go into it.

I worked as a beat writer for the women's tennis and women's golf teams. I wrote profiles on players, including Donika Bashota, whose family left Kosovo during the war. Along with writing profile pieces, I interviewed players and coaches, watched matches and rounds, and wrote recaps and previews.

As a resident advisor, I worked with students to engage them in a safe and inclusive community by putting on events, talking to them and having genuine conversations. Being a resident advisor helped me grow and be more aware of social justice. I also spent time on call and worked at the front desk, which was a useful life skill that I hope to use in my career. While at Stimson I was the social media liaison, in charge of the hall's Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts via Hootsuite.
