I hold a degree in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Cambridge, where I developed my passion for music and culture. I have ten years of experience in the music industry, working as a senior A&R at Parlophone Records / Warner Music and as a founder of two companies: All Ways Dance Records and AMP Music Management. My core skills include A&R, music distribution, artist development.At Parlophone Records, I signed and A&R'd artists who achieved multiple top ten chart positions, multi-platinum records, and generated over 3 billion streams such as: Pinkpantheress, Ashnikko, CKAY, S1mba, Vantage and Russ Millions. I worked with a diverse and talented team of producers, writers, and managers to deliver high-quality and innovative music projects. At All Ways Dance Records and AMP Music Management, I aim to empower and support emerging dance music artists and influencers, leveraging my expertise and network in the dance music scene.
