Worked with a team of talented engineering students to design, build, test, and race a formula-style race car for the FSAE design series. I specifically focused on engine and drivetrain component development, from intake optimization, lubrication improvements, fuel management, engine tuning, and more.

At Dometic Marine (formerly Sea-Star Solutions), I worked to improve the many continuous, high-precision, high-volume CNC manufacturing processes required to produce the many components that go into Dometic's hydraulic and electric steering actuators. The main goal of these improvements was to increase manufacturing capacity and efficiency by streamlining production cells while simultaneously improving reliability and mitigating machining errors and product defects.I designed CNC machine fixtures and testing jigs, improving upon previous designs and making incoming component inspection significantly more streamlined. I also had the opportunity to diagnose, research, and program 6-axis robotic arms for component conveyance, palletization, and other processes.
