Software Engineer
- Trained as a Scrum Master by Orange, driving agile project management practices across the software development lifecycle. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, challenge their needs by proposing tailored solutions, plan sprints, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of 50+ internal applications using modern web technologies such as Symfony (PHP) and Vue.js, containerized with Docker. Implementing clean, modular and maintainable code following industry best practices. Conducting thorough back-end and front-end testing to ensure robustness and performance.- Facilitating continuous improvement by organizing and animating retrospectives, knowledge sharing sessions and workshops on transversal topics, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Writing experience reports and documentation to capture learnings. Exploring DevOps subjects with the team to streamline our development and deployment processes. - Ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications by leveraging cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) and implementing DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code with Ansible, containerization with Docker, monitoring, tests...).
