Develop & drive global loyalty strategy & vision for branded Exxon, Mobil or Esso branded retail fuels. Support local loyalty teams in executing planned strategic objectives. Develop & launch framework for consistently assessing the success of different loyalty programs around the world. Discuss & bring to market new opportunities with multi-national vendors.

Brussels

Responsible for establishing market pricing tactics for wholesale fuel supply contracts in the French market. Determined target & floor prices for term contracts to large wholesale customers, such as hypermarkets, transportation and branded retail sites. Established spot pricing levels on daily basis to local affiliate across 36 fuel terminals in France. Stewarded gross margin & volumes of over $90M (general interest) & 178kbd. Conducted stewardship & tactical meetings with local sales team (in French).

Brussels

Responsible for establishing market pricing tactics for wholesale fuel supply contracts in the Norwegian market. Worked in close cooperation between the local affiliate & European zone management to understand macro-economic factors & supply trends and deploy the appropriate floor & target price levels.

South East Uk

Responsible for retail operations of network of all company owned service stations in the South East Region. 76 sites, ~800 employees, £500M+ annual turnover

Europe & Africa

Develop, coordinate & run training programs for Retail business across Europe & Africa. Home based in the UK, but with frequent travel I manage a team of Training managers and consultants in each country. An enjoyable role and an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the different markets & challenges in each country.
