An integral part within the Business Banking Group with a focus in the preparation of loans for approval and documentation as well as managing the ongoing collection of financial reporting and monitoring covenant compliance of borrowers. - Assist team in the completion of all tasks to book a new loan facility or renewal, from client’s initial request to closing of the loan.- Financial analysis of individuals / business financial statements. Financial spreads, individual cash flow, credit analysis, etc. - Portfolio Management. Monitor all loan covenants and upcoming loan maturities, process loan advances and payments, audit interest / principal payments, respond to client inquiries, assist credit analyst with renewals and loan modifications, etc. - Assist the Credit Analysts & Business Bankers on ad hoc projects.

Role consisted in supporting the IT department with their daily functions. These included maintaining and updating the technological infrastructure of the university, assisting professors and students with any technological issues, and preparing for events on campus. The main skill applied daily in this position was problem-solving (troubleshooting).

Role consisted mainly in the validation and application of transactions of multiple document types (529 acct. checks, beneficiary updates, trusted contacts, POAs, etc.). In addition, this role included contacting clients (financial advisors) in order to resolve any potential issues; finally, participated in the review and optimization of workflows.
