Alex Pineiro is a seasoned professional in the human services field with nineteen years of experience supporting individuals requiring emotional, physical and developmental supports. Alex began his career in the human services field in 2000 when he moved from Puerto Rico to Reading, PA. Prior to arriving in the United States, he attended The University of Puerto Rico. In 2005, he began working for Supportive Concepts, an affiliate of Inperium where he continued fulfilling various direct care and leadership roles. Alex has been versatile throughout his career and has been part of several agency re-structuring initiatives. As a result, he has learned many aspects of various departments. He takes initiative in being involved and is able to think outside the box and assist with various tasks assigned. Alex also worked as Scheduling Coordinator for APIS Services, another affiliate of Inperium, and has held this position since 2015 where his focus has shifted to the analytical side of the job focusing on Developing and auditing budgets, creating schedules, analyzing reports and maintaining data. His experience has allowed him to develop an expertise in MITC (timekeeping software). More recently, he has added purchasing to his portfolio by setting up, monitoring, and maintaining accounts for all affiliates. Currently Alex is proud to serve as the Affiliate Diversity Development Director for Inperium, Inc. His position was established to focus solely on diversity initiatives for Inperium, Inc. and its family of affiliates. In this role he will work to promote increasing diversity and inclusion in addition to acting as a liaison in order to link communication between the President and CEO, management and the support staff.
