Employed at a Regional Shopping Centre where I have responsibility over all health and safety, hard and soft services, with direct management of the Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, the Soft Services Manager.

Managed hard and soft services, including contractor procurement and management for a number of commercial properties throughout Central London and the South East. I prepared dilapidations reports and managed all financial matters, from rent and service charge collections, to preparing and managing service charge budgets. I also prepared the general fire and health and safety risk assessments for all of the properties.

Managed the entire Faciites Management property portfolio of around 120 Ministry Of Justice major properties. I led the initial concept and design for all facilities, major new builds, and major refits. This included working with a range of consultants in writing Quality management specifications from passenger lift design and operation, mechanical specification, BMS specification and electrical and lighting specification. The objective was to review and ensure improved building efficiency, and improved life cycle assets management.

Set up and managed the Shell New Zealand engineering management account. Managed the full profit and loss of a $7 million budget. Accountable and reported on 5 of Shell’s core business streams. Developed and managed the country specific health and safety policy, service delivery operations, and the implementation of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO).Managed all retail and commercial assets, the management of the field engineers, contractor management, and the development and operation of the technical customer service centres in both New Zealand and Malaysia .
