Worked remotely with Vidant Health (Greenville, NC) to create a facility capable of storing and distributing their personal protective equipment (PPE). We utilized the DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, and Verify) process in order to properly complete the project.o Designed the layout of the warehouse regarding shelving and specific locations for each PPE item. Also created a system to continuously track inventory as it conveys from the warehouse to each hospital.o Vidant is currently implementing our plans and inserted shelving in the layout that we designed.
