As an Assistant Golf Professional, I coordinate the daily operations of two of the seven golf courses at Desert Mountain Club. This includes monitoring the pace of play on each golf course, checking in members and guests for their rounds, communicating with each team member of the golf operation, and attending to any member's needs. I am also a Co-Coordinator for the Ladies' League at Desert Mountain. This is the largest organized golf group at the club and includes over 300 members. My duties include coordinating weekly events, handling over $30,000 in league fees, attending quarterly committee meetings, and ensuring each participant has a great experience. Additional responsibilities include managing Desert Mountain Club's GHIN roster which consists of over 2500 current members and coordinating the summer reciprocal program in the Head Golf Professional's absence.

As the Lead Assistant Golf Professional, I was in charge of ensuring daily operations of the facility were running above standards. As a Caddie/Forecaddie, my responsibilities included providing the best experience for the guests during their rounds and making sure I was always available when needed. For the golfers I also: provided helpful information about the hole being played, provided exact yardages for every shot, cleaned the players clubs and golf balls, and attended the flagstick.

As a Pro Shop Attendant, my responsibilities included booking tee times, selling merchandise, and making sure the golfers were ready at their tee time. I also provided excellent customer service to the best of my ability in order to ensure the customers were satisfied.
