Alex Purtell is the Co-Founder of Froot Group and a Worship Pastor at Lifepoint Church. Raised in a Christian home in Ashland, OH, Alex committed his life to Christ at age 9 and discovered his passion for worship while playing keys in his youth worship band. This early calling led him to Cedarville University, where he graduated in 2015 with a degree in Worship.Following graduation, Alex co-founded Froot Group to address the need for churches and people in ministry to find the right ministry fit quickly and easily. Having experienced the hiring process firsthand, he understands how essential it is to find the right team for impactful ministry. At Froot Group, he leads strategic planning, team management, and a family-first approach to help ministry leaders focus on what matters most—building the Kingdom.In 2017, Alex joined Lifepoint Church as one of its Worship Pastors on the Central Team, where he continues his mission to serve the church and inspire others through worship. Passionate about empowering churches and worship leaders, Alex is dedicated to making the hiring process simpler, so others can focus fully on their calling.
