• Lead billing and financial assurance true-up during a contract transition period for a major outsourcing customer• Develop labor unit cost for contractual PxQ pricing; collaborate with Pricing to create unit cost• Create tracking mechanisms and manage financial transition of thousands of on-boarded personnel• Build cost models for global, regional, and custom network operating centers• Create and prepare regional and General Manager contribution statements/P&L • Implement new managed services contract
