I partnered with our mid-sized EMEA clients to provide HR generalist advisory services, before moving to work with our global client set with a focus on performance management.

Working in Gartner's HR practice, providing advisory services to our large enterprise clients across the EMEA region as part of the Corporate Leadership Council. This covers a wide range of human capital topics and strategic challenges currently facing HR leaders and the organisations they work for.

As part of the Account Management team in the Middle Market Sales Practice, I work supporting commercial leaders as they improve their strategies, functions and teams. We focus on overcoming challenges related to changing customer buying behaviours, increases in stakeholders both internally and externally, go to market strategies & commercial differentiation, and sales operations & training.

Our first single was released with London's indie label Young&Lost, a subdivision of Mercury, and the album 'Death in Evening' came out on vinyl and CD on Club the Mammoth, and was distributed by Believe Digital Recordings. During this time I also played bass and then lead guitar for Arrows of Love. Across both bands I was lucky enough to have toured extensively and played in a wide variety of great venues notably London's Brixton Academy and KOKO, alongside a collection of very talented musicians. I also have the dubious pleasure of having played in almost every city in the UK.We had support from Radio 1, BBC 6music, XFM, Amazing Radio, the Independent, Clash Magazine, The Fly, The Line of Best Fit, The Evening Standard. Our song "We never win" was also featured on Russell Brand's documentary, which premiered at SWSX in Austin Texas, and track "Disappear" appeared on American TV show, Parks and Recreation.
