My responsibility is to provides overall administrative direction for one large or several smaller projects and successfully takes charge for the overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality and project status. Oversees operations of the superintendent(s) and project engineer(s), and maintains an excellent relationship with sub trades and clients. Also involvement with subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners, engineers, and sub trades, management of technical and financial aspects of contract. My major responsibility is to provide proactive leadership in:- maintaining relationships with owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors, public- setting up project reporting procedures- developing and monitoring the project schedule and budget- establishing construction plans and engineering methods- handling all change orders, including negotiating, processing and assessing cost and schedule impacts, and
