About Alex R. Carr

I'm a self-starter and leader with international experience in content acquisition, content strategy, product management, and business development. With two decades of experience in blending analytics with creative, I've gained a proven track record of success in short and long-form storytelling production across genres and mediums. My career spans international locales, mediums, and genres, and I am passionate about using data to drive and support creative decisions and initiatives at franchise and global levels. For my next chapter, I’d love to blend my experience in Content Strategy and with the creative franchise—a cross-functional “art and science” role. At a top level, I’m interested in continuing to identify content opportunities and developing strategies for content and talent acquisition, and then assessing through macro and micro-level P&Ls in order to reach greenlight. External contract and terms negotiations combined with internal teams coordination are within my skillset, and I would look to establish models and roadmaps toward launch. Post-launch, I would look to lead business reviews to monitor performance to plan and develop levers to maximize where we saw success and work with teams to buoy areas that fell outside modeling.
