Sotto Voce is an intimate Italian restaurant in Park Slope with an interior décor equal parts rustic and romantic. Minimal staff was needed to operate the dining room at full capacity, each server maintaining a section no larger than five or six tables. Therefore, as a server, I put extra effort into individualizing my service, working diligently to create a warm and hospitable environment for all guests. As in any restaurant, multitasking, time management, and quality customer service skills were a necessity.
