During the Covid-19 pandemic I worked as an English teacher, teaching students thorough an online application. I was responsible for my own time table and attracting students to take classes with me. I self-promoted myself and after a short while was fully booked. I had to analyse each students and their skill level and suit the lesson for each individual student.

I joined the team at Doppio after the lockdown restrictions ended in Timisoara, Romania. I worked in a small but busy speciality coffee shop as a barista. Here I improved on my barista skills and my Romanian speaking.

Worked at The Cornish Arms while traveling in Melbourne. I worked as part of a busy team on the floor while also jumping behind the bar when required. Using my attention to detail I helped improve the cleaning as well as optimising the opening and closing procedures in place

Worked in the pub as part of a busy and vibrant team. Quickly promoted to Assistant Manager and my duties included training new staff, securely opening and closing the premises, stock and cash counts and managing the team of staff. As well, liaising with customers to ensure they are well looked after was of paramount importance.

Whilst working at The Jolly Gardeners pub in Putney as part of a busy team, I was encouraged to take the exam for my Personal Licence. My success allowed me to be a team leader, then my duties included opening and closing of the pub, and banking and managing the team of staff. During this time I studied for and gained my Personal Pub Licence, which allow me to become a DPS, (Designated Premises Supervisor).

During this time I was a Manager at The Australia Shop. My duties included, Health & Safety Supervisor, customer liaison, processing store orders, cashing up and banking. I learnt all the aspects of running a small retail outlet in Covent Garden.
