Acting as liaison to inspection agencies.• Perform in the capacity of Stormwater Compliance Coordinator (SCC) in accordance with Turner's Stormwater Compliance Program.• Manage the billing process as it relates to Work-In-Place (WIP) and overseeing the monthly estimate of work completed, payrolls, material invoices and subcontractor payment applications.• Manage the work to ensure that it is installed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents.

• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.• Work with Finance to initiate the Pay Application process and follow up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.• Understand and administer Turner's contract and subcontract agreements.• Negotiating Change Orders. Managing information on changes in the Work; preparing an independent analysis, as require; obtaining and checking estimates for the changes from subcontractor; obtaining approval of the Architect and Owner; and resolving any conflicts.• Foster and enhance architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.• Keep management informed on progress for project and budget through regularly scheduled Operations Review Meetings.

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and audit forecasts to confirm current costs and effectively validate forecasted financial outcome of assigned projects.• Assess project financial risks and communicate project team’s plan to mitigate risks.• Accumulate, audit and correlate information from all possible sources to produce required cost reports such as special studies and quarterly audit Cost Reports, and prepare interpretive analysis where required.• Ensure proper review of contract to understand business deals, assumed contractual risks, and potential earnings impacts.• Establish proper Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for allocation of costs, work with Engineering and Accounting during project set up.
