In my role at Ichor, I lead the HR function for the Oregon Manufacturing & Corporate Business Units, overseeing approximately 400 employees across multiple facilities. I also served as the interim HRBP for the Fremont, CA Weldments Business Unit, supporting around 200 employees (~6 months in 2022). As the head of HR for the site, my role entails collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives such as driving key initiatives in talent management, organizational design and development, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and change management to foster a high-performance culture. Additionally, my corporate HR roles include sitting on our Global Compensation Committee as the U.S. rep guiding Ichor through its annual focal cycle, conducting and preparing HR data analytics to be presented to the executive staff, and spearheading various corporate HR projects.

At Precision Castparts, I supported the Small Structurals Business Operation (SSBO), which included approximately 600 employees. My daily responsibilities encompassed HR administration, employee relations, leaves management, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, and talent acquisition. I also dotted line reported into division HR where I led conducting ethics hotline ("whistleblower") investigations, managed the division’s social media which included leading a team of 13 brand ambassadors located across the U.S., supported division DEI initiatives, and managed the Engineering Co-Op program which oversaw more than 20 interns. I was a participant of PCCs HR Development Program designed for high-potential recent college graduates.
