I have worked as a GP for nearly 10 years, many of those as a partner in a busy GP practice. I have already encountered some of the cycles of change the NHS and Primary Care experiences over time through neighbourhoods, networks and pandemics. I have taken a very active role in transforming the way my practice works and led a highly successful vaccine programe in my network to maximise our efficiency in terms of finances, workforce and improved patient care. I hope now to be able to share this with others and help the NHS through it's latest crisis.
