I provide support and analysis to those who build and audit the benefits and products in our system. I also act as the department trainer for onboarding, as well as provide continuous training to associates on improved processes.

I currently work as an Acting TSS and Trainer for the Product Configuration Quality Department. I focus on making sure my team has the necessary tools for success. Our department is very LEAN-oriented, with a specific focus on performing root cause analyses on trending issues we see in the configuration of our products. In a world of constant change, many of my training modules speak to agility, adaptability, flexibility, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.

I am part of a local team of reps and we pride ourselves on being consultants rather than sales persons.
