As an Enterprise CSM, I service customers in the FinServ space. With 5+ years at Hearsay Systems (now part of Yext), my extensive product and industry knowledge allows me to prescribe my customers strategic actions and plans to reach their business objectives.Through my time in Hearsay, I found ways to make our customer success team more effective by providing technical guidance and process improvements as well as delivering creative solutions to complex problems for large financial institutions.I'm a big believer in relationships and teamwork, one of my favorite things about working here is that I have always had supportive managers and co-workers. As I work with my customers, I aim to help them feel like we are an extension of their team because I believe this will break down barriers to success.When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my wife and daughter.
