I work at the forefront of evolutionary biology, using large genomic data sets to better understand the processes that shape how organisms interact with each other. My work focuses on the legume-rhizobia mutualism, and has the potential to not only shape future thinking on the topic of co-evolution, but also to help feed the world in a more sustainable way. My work with genomic data sets has given me a set of analytical and computational skills that I am excited to apply to exciting, challenging questions in the future. For every question worth asking, there's a data driven solution that I'm excited to find!
