Facilitating pivotal strategic planning and operational initiatives, I ensure that the business is constantly adapting and innovating to retain market relevance and its unique point of difference. • Advised on and led a number of strategic rebrands and marketing initiatives to adapt and adjust business messaging to a growing audience and new routes to market, underpinning four-fold growth in four years; • Oversaw relocation to the Northern Quarter to improve employee attraction, retention and engagement;• Restructured the senior management team, supporting the selection of high-profile executive talent; • Guided a number of pivotal changes in line with sustainability goals, e.g., procurement of raw ingredients, development of new fulfilment and ecommerce capabilities and technical innovation in manufacturing.

Facilitating a number of pivotal strategic planning and operational initiatives, I work closely with the business owners, the executive team and our operational teams and external suppliers to ensure that the business is constantly adapting and innovating to retain market relevance and its unique point of difference. • Drove strategic and operational rebranding project to pivot the business towards new, lucrative consumer groups and retail channels aligned with the business’ philosophy, critical to growth into the future;• Led sourcing and commercial negotiations to procure sustainable raw ingredients in Asia, navigating local legislation and business customers to secure key partners;• Guided process improvements in the engineering department while overhauling operational departments and processes such as purchasing to realise key efficiencies and mitigate supply chain risk;• Pivoted operations and created new fulfilment and ecommerce capabilities to meet increasing online sales and demand, including the insourcing of fulfilment and the readiness of a new fulfilment location;• Continue to champion the use of technical innovation in manufacturing, introducing lighter bottles and automated bottling machines that have realised key efficiencies while reducing the business’ use of plastic.

I have recently invested in a growing beverage retail business, where I am providing hands-on leadership across sales, marketing and operational matters. Leveraging extensive experience in FMCG and omnichannel businesses, I am providing strategic and corporate oversight, including leading the implementation of business fundamentals (process, systems, control) to support rapid, profitable scale of the brand and future funding.

Supporting the GTM/commercialisation of a new food concept centred on environmentally sustainable and conscious green vegan and vegetarian foods, I have defined the organisation’s growth trajectory across several key brands and channels. I have also supported the business on the acquisition of land, mobilising one site with more to come, and have evaluated and defined new market opportunities in home-kit product development and the creation of channel partnerships.

Founding and taking an active role in building a sustainable commercial and industrial property development company, I am currently evaluating and leading opportunities to expand our footprint through the acquisition of new land in the UK. Our mission is to create carbon negative real estate that can support a sustainable ecosystem of modern manufacturing and commercial industry, including driving the deployment of various green initiatives and technologies, including rainwater harvesting and biomass heating.

Since 2015, I have been involved in several entrepreneurial pursuits in the UK, Israel and Asia. Harnessing a love for adventure, I have travelled extensively while converting business opportunity. Investments include an innovative FMCG start-up supplying on-trend convenience food to top retailers, acquiring and renovating buildings into a new hotel and apartment complex in Nepal and the creation of an international property investment portfolio. In line with my passion for sustainability, have invested in border land in Ghana to protect and augment the production of sustainable palm oil. I am also involved in pursuing growth opportunities in emerging industries, such as legal cannabis production.
