Within the various GIS softwares, Alex has proven his comprehensive knowledge of GIS principles and application - specifically, he's helped our office complete various projects involving network-based analysis with ESRI's Network Analyst to determine response/service areas. As a Cartographer, Alex is one of the best I've ever worked with - he has an impeccable taste for quality design and knows how to make beautiful, yet useful products. Regard to detail is a very high priority for Alex, his products have many levels of careful attention. He has made many types of products for a wide variety of customers: Operational (fire), facility, vegetation management maps, etc. for CAL FIRE, San Luis Obispo County, Emergency Medical Services Authority and more. Besides his wonderful personality and high level of GIS skill - Alex also has skills and abilities to troubleshoot and solve various computer and network related issues. If a wrench is thrown into our office-operations, Alex has the know-how to identify and solve the problem.
