About Alex Roland

Currently I am Manager, Talent Acquisition at Enable. I am in charge of all roles globally except sales and revenue related roles. I was the first internal member of the TA team for all departments globally except the sales team. I lead the implementation/configuration of Lever for all teams globally, creating over 50 automation tasks, archive reasons, approval flows, and integrations with Codility, LinkedIn, Indeed, DocuSign, Seek, Wellfound, and others. I designed and established all systems in use by all teams globally except sales that has lead to total company growth from 180 - 520 employees in 20 months. The systems have also reduced agency reliability from 41% in FY23 to 18% in FY24 (7 months so far, FY runs Feb - Jan). This will save the company $1M+ in agency fees this FY on non-sales hires. My team consists of myself, one TA Business Partner in UK, and two coordinators (one US and one UK). Additionally, I have created multiple views and dashboards in Looker and Tableau within Lever. Previously I lead a team of recruiters and also personally recruited for Securonix. Securonix, a rapidly growing leader in the SIEM and UEBA market, is an RPO client of ours where we are involved in all aspects of their talent attraction efforts. When it comes down to it the team and I are internal corporate recruiters for Securonix. We recruit all levels of talent across all departments and have helped them grow from 400 employees to over 700 employees worldwide in less than 2 years. I have personally recruited and placed many VPs, C-level positions, and extremely niche high-level individual contributors (Apache Fellows, i.e.) in a variety of IT sectors.Prior to that I spent the first 17 years of my career recruiting sales agents and building large, successful teams across the country in the life insurance market. I would describe myself as a fun, determined, motivated, successful, hardworking, moral, and dedicated leader that is always striving to better those around himself. I work until the job gets ethically done above expectations and I love leading and helping others along the way.
