As an IT professional, I started my career as a support developer at DevExpress, where I discovered my passion for helping people. Working at DevExpress, a company that creates products for developers, I got to engage in programming on a daily basis, which further inspired me because of my technical background and love for programming.My technical support role was creative and analytical, involving researching user projects and business scenarios, analyzing traffic, seeking ways to improve the product and documentation, and creating examples for customers. I also worked on internal tools to optimize processing queues, schedule team activities, and reorganize examples for customers.Over time, I transitioned into product management, where I now serve as a product manager responsible for the WPF, WinForms and .NET MAUI product lines. As a product manager, my responsibilities include working on the product vision, goals, strategy, metrics and understanding true user needs. I involve the team in idea generation, prioritize backlog features, validate feature specifications, and control the product quality, including features, documentation, and marketing materials. I also generate and validate product hypotheses as part of my role.I enjoy my job because it allows me to explore my creativity, organizational skills, and research abilities. I am always on the lookout for new ways to improve our products and services, and I am committed to delivering the best possible experience for our users.
