- Lead the management of Archstone’s library of 100+ titles from initial discovery through delivery to domestic and international distributors- Oversee the intake of complex asset deliveries accurately and within the shortest amount of time possible - Maintain current North American output specifications through our partnerships with top distributors such as Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Saban FIlms- Coordinate and ensure on-time, accurate delivery to international clients, meeting unique technical specifications by territory- Cultivate and sustain relationships with producers and content creators at international markets such as the Cannes Film Festival and the American Film Market- Compose script coverage for films in the development and production phases. Track and attend advanced screenings to get the earliest possible look at potential acquisitions in an increasingly competitive market- Mentor and manage a team of 5 interns year round, leveraging their skills while also providing valuable industry training- Liaise with legal and sales departments to meet payment deadlines and delivery timelines proactively Create marketing materials for our booths including writing loglines/synopses, maintaining and updating trailer databases and providing tech support for our sales and marketing team
