Having started at Playbook in 2018 as the company's first long-term hire, I've had the pleasure of being at the forefront of growing what started as our owner's side hobby business into a full-fledged ecommerce brand with global sales and a retail presence in more than a hundred locations nationwide.Having successfully held several roles including design, customer service, head of marketing, biz dev, and most recently as COO - the Board saw me as the perfect candidate for Chief Executive Officer. In 2023, I was "handed the reigns" as CEO to continue to drive Playbook Products forward.Current responsibilities include:- Develop and execute business strategies that will propel company growth.- Serve as main lead for developing sales plans and coordinating with buyers to expand our B2B channel. Focusing on collegiate bookstores, big-box retailers, and other sports and homegoods stores nationwide.- Develop and monitor marketing strategies including online ads, social media presence, and more, to drive traffic to our ecommerce platforms.- Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon), including website design, UI, product listings, pricing and inventory management.- Analyze data and identify trends to make data-driven recommendations for growth opportunities and potential areas of improvement.- Collaborate with other executives, managers, and employees to identify meaningful solutions and to continue to provide customers with high quality experiences and products.

As the COO of a growing small business, I'm involved in multiple facets of the company. My overarching aim is to continue to oversee Playbook's development as we increase brand awareness, sales, partnerships, and more.A few of my current job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of our team (Marketing, Product Expansion, Sales, Finance etc.)- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs- Maintain and build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and vendors- Lead our efforts to expand licensing with major sports teams and leagues (now currently licensed with 35+ universities, CLC, Fermata, and MLS)- Manage our online storefronts such as Etsy, Shopify, and others- Oversee employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met

As the Director of Growth, I aim to grow revenue and profits through many tasks including but not limited to:- Developing and designing new products and product lines- Analyzing the competitive landscape and creating a business plan that capitalizes on the brand’s strengths- Developing and executing growth plan strategies to optimize our revenue funnel

Having taught English at an impoverished school in Thailand. I was rewarded everyday by giving back to a community whose struggles and difficulties I fortunately never had to encounter in my childhood. Through education and specifically, mastering the English language, I strived to make a positive impact in my students lives and give them a foundation to chase their dreams, whatever they may be.This truly was one of, if not the most, amazing and rewarding experiences of my life. I miss my students dearly and wish them all the best in life.

• Responsible for developing Excel-based financial modeling tools and assisting in the financial analysis of public sector services, especially water, wastewater, stormwater and solid waste.• Analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to find hidden correlations and locate key performance indicator’s that can be improved• Participate in discussions with clients to determine their organization's current challenges, long-term financial goals, and key policy objectives.• Deliver a series of recommendations to the client that promote long-term financial stability, efficient asset replacement, and equitable utility rates.• Assist in the development of a study's deliverables, including final reports and PowerPoint presentations.- Recent clients include the City of Cleveland, Suffolk County NY, and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
