Site Management Installation and commissioning of water pumping and treatment for both freshwater and sewage.

During My time as site manager I have managed some high profile schemes with great success. Examples are refurbishment schemes at Southmead Hospital and Five Heads Freshwater Booster. My ability to collaborate and coordinate with other contractor’s was a key factor in being able to deliver projects on time and within budget.All of my schemes held an excellent track record in safety and regularly exceeded standards.

During this time, I was installing and managing a series of major Sludge Thickening schemes for Wessex Water. Sites included large treatment works at Poole, Ratfyn, Berry Hill, Wincanton and Trowbridge.I was also involved in a large fresh water scheme at Blandford which incorporated a pioneering nitrate removal Plant.Throughout this period, I was organising upto 12 team members, troubleshooting, mentoring apprentices and resolving site based issues.

Upon leaving school I enrolled at City of Bristol college and completed the 2360 Part 1 course in my first year.I seized the opportunity of joining Northavon Pumps & Controls to complete my apprenticeship and training within the Water Industry.After my apprenticeship and steep learning curve I took it upon myself to further my skills by completing the City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing and Explosive Atmospheres Training.
