Over the last 20 years I’ve been fortunate to work for a few great companies and gain from wonderful experiences in each. Since 2017, I’ve been involved in a very dynamic and intensive role at a service/tech start-up wearing many hats. From overseeing operations and initial scale-up, to direct involvement in creating marketing plans & strategy, and owning and managing all areas of the product and software development. Prior to this latest role, I spent close to 15 years in the senior housing industry in the USA managing and operating Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Independent Living Communities. The role of the Administrator/Executive Director is truly all-encompassing and gave me the experience of working with varied teams and departments – with the shared goal of providing an excellent level of care and top-notch customer service.My specialties include: B2B and B2B2C SaaS product management and ownership, a strong financial acumen, a proven positive customer and employee relations track record and the ability (and desire) to learn and to learn fast.
