Alex stems from his family in Upstate New York and is a 2012 graduate of Ithaca College. There he studied Writing (both professionally and for entertainment), Radio production, and Politics.In Boston, he was an Usher and Box Agent at Improv Asylum before being promoted after one year to House Manager. These roles fully supported his passion for comedy and performing, both at the front desk and behind the scenes. He won the Iron Inmate Award for most dedicated Front of House employee in June 2015.Simultaneously, he completed IA's six-course Training Center, graduating from the acclaimed improvisation program in April 2015. He now regularly performs on their House Teams to help promote this program.Prior to moving to Boston he ushered at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, first getting a glimpse of the theater operations lifestyle.During college he spent a semester in Los Angeles to study TV Writing and intern for Warner Bros' script development department.Until he reaches a spot on Jeopardy he's up for any trivia night.
