Chartered Professional Qualification in the construction Industry provided the foundation for a career creating and launching internet based products and services stretching back to 1995 when I created a Quality Management System for BT Research Laboratories using the early Mosaic Browser allowing hyper-linking between the documents and hosting on the BT intranet.Launched BTs first eBusiness solution in 1998 with small US start up VeriSign, Created a global eProcurement service with CommerceOne, helped move BT Wholesale up the value chain from commodity lines and minutes by launching a range of value added services in a Ventures environment as ICT Innovation Manager for BT Wholesale and after a period in Wholesale Strategy where I led the BT team working on the UK Government £3bn national ID scheme and created the architecture adopted by the Home Office I moved into the expanding area of BT Media and Broadcast.Joined the Tata Communications Media team in 2010 to create new products and services organically and via partners. While at Tata I secured a US Patent for "Multimedia Editing Systems and Methods Therefor" granted in 2013.During my time at Tata Communications I also became a Business Excellence Assessor and Team Leader for Tata Sons using my experience and insights to assess other Tata group companies against the Baldrige Performance Excellence standard and giving my feed back on the end to end business to the CEO and Board. This has included assessing Tata Consulting Engineers, Tata Global Beverages, Jaguar Land Rover and Tata Steel.Currently managing Strategic Media Accounts for Tata Communications including F1, European Tour, Sky, SailGP, Mercedes, Whisper, Plaza Media and others.Enjoy creating services in new areas where the rules of what is possible are yet to be written.Specialties: Business Development, Service Creation, Program Management, Partner Management, Procurement, Sales, Bid Management, Solutions, Quality Management
