I am currently working with OYO Hospitality. I have a great opportunity to join this company. My task is to promote OYO to 3 star and below/ budgeted hotel to join with OYO.I gain a lot experience in the product Knowledge and the peaching on the products to the hotel owner.The relationship with the hotel owner makes the hotel owner have the confidence to join with OYO. My task is also to build a good relationship with hotel owner to boost their daily sales. Besides, my task is also to source for new leads and build the relationships with the prospect hotel owner. My task is to promote the advantages of joining OYO and to promote the criteria/ transformations before a hotel can join with OYO.Besides this, OYO also provides Partnership package to hotel owner for their hotel renovation. This is to ensure the hotel owner have fund to renovate the hotel without coming out with their own fund.

Titon Construction Company is dealing on government contract works. I have been handling and completed more than 5 projects at the company. This company is dealing more on road maintenance and culvert works. I have to handle more than 5 workers for each projects. This is challenging job as we have to do time management and completed the projects before the due date. Manage workers is also challenging job as we have to ensure that workers do their jobs as per specs.

Promote and sell Business Banking Lending Products and Cards based on needs approach in achieving individual target.Grow main bank company base by increasing company product holding.Maintain good relationship with key personnel of government agencies and developers for higher business supportContinuously expand on new customer base and close lending products and cards deals through referrals from customers and / or through personalized / advisory services provided to achieve monthly sales target set.Advice customers on the credit requirements, products features and benefits of AmBank’s lending products and cards.Follow up with customers on incomplete applications form or documents required and resolve customers issues (if any) upon submission of lending and cards application.Maintain and uphold service standards set by the management and uphold corporate responsibilities at all times.Ensure total compliance with Hong Leong Bank’s policy and processes.
