As Edelman Smithfield's Head of Capital Markets for EMEA, I am responsible for advising clients across the region and worldwide on all aspects of financial communications drawing from 20 years' experience in Corporate Finance and Financial Communications, growing our business and building our capabilities across the region.

For private companies, or divisions of listed companies, we provide strategic advice on message development, support profile raising, develop and deliver thought leadership and above and below the line campaigns including product and fund launches. The consultancy is particularly adept at structuring communications programmes around clients’ marketing campaigns.We have also worked for governments on targeted media campaigns around complex issues.

Worked in the Financial Services team for four years providing strategic advice and implementation on a wide range of communication issues for FTSE100 companies. During this time I worked on the award winning defence of the London Stock Exchange against Macquarie and Nasdaq, and the Campaign for Crossrail in conjunction with the Mayor of London and TfL.

Developed and analysed target client spend on investment banking products and assisted in the development of programmes to enhance the % wallet captured by Deutsche Bank.
