I am a recent graduate in BA English Literature from UWE Bristol, now working as a researcher and copywriter at one of Bristol's leading virtual reality studios. My role allows me to blend my passions for literature, history and storytelling with innovative technology, particularly within the heritage, arts and culture sectors.My university experience has been enriched by a multidisciplinary foundation year and a minor in professional writing. This diverse academic experience has equipped me with a broad understanding of the humanities. I have been able to explore my love of literature whilst honing my professional copywriting skills.Outside of work, I am deeply passionate about history, especially the rich local history of my hometown, Bristol. I have actively volunteered with local organisations to promote community engagement with our shared local heritage, and I continue to explore ways to connect people with the stories that shape our understanding of the past.In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I have also gained substantial experience in the hospitality industry, where I developed strong team collaboration, customer service and leadership skills through my roles as a waiter, bartender and restaurant supervisor.

I vastly enjoyed representing my course during my time as a Student Ambassador, attending a variety of English Literature specific welcome talks in order to support my faculty and answer questions from prospective students.
