Responsible for helping the team better understand their procedure pool in order to limit write off frequency. Reviewed the financial account database and identified 67 write off prone procedures. Learnt process mapping using Visio to better visualize where the write off was occurring within the procedure. Contributed to RBC’s compliance of the regulatory language restrictions under Bill 101. Re-formatted and published 95 French banking procedures.

Responsible for the High School Mentorship onboarding process and the first round of event planning. Orchestrated candidate recruitment through the development and execution of 4 online seminars. Built and maintained the excel database to increase overall team efficiency. Oversaw the research and development of the program resource page. Coordinated 6 program events, both in person and online, for 30+ people. Part of the small team that saw a program participant increase of 24% following a volatile year. Awarded with a casual status position at the end of the rotation.

Responsible for processing 10+ mortgage variations all of which were dealt with differently. Learnt and built technological proficiency in Linx, Valiform, OLMS, RCO, Content Manager, and Telus Assyst. Communicated with the mortgage specialist and lawyer to ensure that any necessary alterations were made. Developed a daily priority structure to manage the high volume of applications and incoming escalations. Assisted with additional mortgage applications during peak periods. Credit per hour score went from 11 to 33 and achieved a productivity high of 94%.
