Responsible for all aspects of Security & Life Safety, with respect to the 24/7 coverage, at the Wells Fargo Center. I also will be responsible for managing the security function of selected events (i.e.: Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, concerts, etc.) at the venue.

• Responsible for oversight of all Security and Operations personnel at the Wells Fargo Center. Including but not limited to: Security staff, Usher staff and Ticket Taker staff.• Primary Security and Operations POC during all Wells Fargo Center events. Including but not limited to: Philadelphia 76’ers basketball games, Philadelphia Flyers hockey games, NCAA basketball games, concerts, etc.• Primary liaison with all local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.• Communicates with each department regarding specific needs and information for each event. • Convey staffing levels for each event to Vice President's assistant in order to properly schedule staff.Responsible for relaying all information pertaining to the event to supervisors and staff by conducting pre-event meetings.  * Ensure all personnel are performing required duties through the Lead Supervisors.  Work in conjunction with Event Manager to ensure building is ready for opening of doors.  * Ensure that building is cleared of all customers before releasing staff.  * Call Command Control Center to magnetize all doors once building is cleared of guests.  * Review and discuss event security rider with concert security staff and event coordinator. Provide security staff required.
