Adding to my responsibilities of BDM, in April 2021 I became Head of Product for Bloomfield Tech. My main goal is to oversee the development and launch of Bloomfield Tech's flagship Eve Employee Wellbeing Portal, from designs on Adobe all the way through to the hands of consumers.

At Foxtel, I was part of a newly re-established retail experience team. I was tasked with new subscriber acquisition and current subscriber customer service. Relishing this role and the positive working environment, I consistently met or exceeded KPI's for both sales and customer service. Upon the closure of retail in March 2020 I was retrained and worked for several months in the Tech space, assisting in TV and Broadband issues.

As a Godfreys Sales Team Member I interacted with customers in a Retail space, with sales incentives in place. As Godfreys specialises in electronic cleaning products, I had to acquire a substantial amount of technical expertise in this area in order to properly assist in customer inquiries. Often working in a one-person store, I picked up the skills of POS systems management, banking, stock take counts and opening and closing.

At Illy's Cakes I helped managed Sales and Customer Relations. I was also the sole Sales Representative, tasked with attaining and maintaining client relationships. In this role I acquired dozens of new customers in the form of dessert wholesale purchase. I also maintained these relationships over my entire tenure and developed numerous positive relationships.

At Detector Inspector I was tasked with insuring that properties were adhering to codes regulating fire safety and smoke alarm maintenance. I had to communicate between many real estates and Detector Inspector head office and service and compile records on dozens of properties daily.

At Spectramind, I worked in a retention inbound call centre. My role was to retain the services of any customer that called in. Here, I had to really test my ability to handle objections and problem solve customers issues. I had authority for certain levels of discounts and could use them at my prerogative. I found the process of solving customer problems truly satisfying and consistently met KPI's, including several first placed weeks in a 40 person team.

Telcoshare was my first true experience of the Sales industry. My role was to cold call businesses and residential numbers and attempt to contract them to Telcoshare as subscribers. In this tough space, I was able to set a record for most sales in a first week (12). I had to quickly acquire the ability build rapport with numerous types of people and had the opportunity to build many Sales skills.
