Hi, I am entering my fourth year as a Finance major and student-athlete at the University of Mount Union. I enjoy getting to know people and being active with my friends. I've obtained a strong work ethic since I was 14 years old and have had multiple different work experiences. I enjoy learning new things and striving to be the best in what I'm faced with at all times. I started my work experience at 14 when I became a youth football assistant coach. During this time, I attended two practices a week for the 5-6 year old flag football teams. Here I would oversee practice and teach the kids the right way to play the game of football. I then started working at KPM, LTD at Holy Name High School as a Maintenance Helper. I would go in after my day of school and clean up the school for the next day. Taking out trash, mopping floors, setting up for events such as sports games or school assemblies and outdoor work is most of the work I did when working here. The summer after my sophomore year of high school I picked up another job to help myself save up for my first car, I got a job as a dishwasher at a restaurant called The Berea Depot. I washed dishes and put them away while helping in any way possible in the kitchen. After my first year of college, I decided to apply for the Cleveland Guardians Ground Crew position. This job consisted of maintaining the playing field of the Guardians. I worked every home game over the 2022 summer, we had many responsibilities such as cleaning dugouts, mowing, watering, raking and dragging the field multiple times a day for every game. This job is an amazing experience. I'm around the game I love, watching the best players in the world compete and get paid while doing it. Whenever I am employed, I pride myself on giving it all that I have, having a responsibility and being counted on to get things done makes me want to impress and reassure my boss and co-workers that I was the right choice for the job.I am a full time student athlete, Majoring in Finance, minoring in Sport Business, playing baseball at the University of Mount Union.
