• Experience with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting standards.• Range of clients primarily concentrated in the mining and manufacturing industries. Mining industry clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small privately held companies. The companies' operations vary from a single mine to multiple mines with global operations, at different stages of the mining cycle including exploration, development, and production.• Sarbanes-Oxley 404 experience including first-year implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 assessment as well as recurring annual Sarbanes-Oxley 404 assessments. • Financial statement audit experience including integrated annual financial statement audits, quarterly financial statement reviews, half year reviews, statutory accounts, proxy statements, and other agreed upon procedures.

• Teletech o Performing Sarbanes-Oxley internal control testing.• CH2MHill o Preparing reconciliation for international ledger accounts. o Researching accounting project issues.

• Engineering the complete revenue audit process for franchise stores.• Developing process flow diagrams and PowerPoint presentations for the corporate office.• Examining annual financial statements, annual sales records, and personal annual records.• Working with franchise owners during the investigation stage of the audit.• Reporting audit results to the corporate office.

• Auditing sales for over one hundred stores.• Billing accounts receivable balances to clients.• Performing day-to-day accounting operations.

• Performing general accounting tasks.• Managing payroll for 95 employees using ADP.• Assisting in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations.• Utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Business works accounting programs.
