Interim State Purchasing Manager October 2022 - August 2023- Inventory Manager at AYR’s flagship location in Boston. Helping to open the very first recreational dispensary in Boston’s Back Bay. Hired, developed and trained a designated Inventory Team.Created resources and tools to assist the inventory and retail teams in day to day processes. Helped guide our store to gain final and operating licensing. Including assisting with METRC and Leaflogix initial setups, complete store setup, and initial team training, and walkthroughs of several inspections.

Assisted to coaching and developing dozens of bud-tenders, team leads, floor leads, inventory leads, assistant managers, and general managers. Specializing in operations and sales.As well as creating tools and resources used in multiple stores.

During my time as an Inventory Lead I got the opportunity to create a few SOPs for inventory practices, created audits for our closing procedures that filled necessary gaps, and created visual guidance & training for the whole team. Through this training I was able to help us decrease our overall time spent on inventory concerns & helped to streamline our stores closing procedures.

As a Team Lead I was also our Union Steward. My main focus as steward was to create harmony between the company and the union members. I had the opportunity to sit in on many different UFCW conferences as well as Somerville town zoning meetings.
