Blackbook is a strategic & creative consultancy that runs global transformation programmes & campaigns for the likes of Rolex, FedEx, Diesel and Mercedes-Benz. I was responsible for delivery and operation of all projects that run through the consultancy. This included the development of internal teams, processes and the implementation of tools to support the growth of the business as a whole. I tracked the profitability of projects and worked closely with the managing partner on forecasting to ensure projects and the wider business remain profitable.
