Assistant Operations Manager
Current- Provide oversight to staff members, including the provision of firm and constructive feedback in alignment with time constraints to all sections of the operations department, including supervisors, conversion crews, and housekeepers.- Follows and tracks the preventive housekeeping and maintenance measures for non-mechanical aspects of the facility.- Works collaboratively with internal and external partners on the efficient execution of department responsibilities without impeding or delaying the work of others.- Developed sensible schedules for full-time and part-time Operations staff.- Recruited, inducted, and trained new staff members.Drove collaborative efforts to create and implement procedures, training, and checklists for all areas under the operations department.
