Senior Presales Solutions Engineer
- Responsible for working with the Great Lakes Sales Team to provide holistic solutions using our wide range of On Premise, Multi-tenant, and Public Cloud offerings
- Stay up to date on the latest security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery practices
- Focus on uncovering business objectives, needs, impact, and requirements
- Deliver discovery workshops, delivered internal and channel partner training and presentations
- Work with product on roadmap and custom solutions to determine the best path forward for closing deals
- Work with other SEs and SAs to help validate designs and quotes
