I am an accomplished Geologist and now recently completed Bachelor of Laws (LLB) commencing my career as a Mine Geologist with Mt Gibson Iron and then with Rio Tinto Iron Ore.Currently I consult to Confidant Partners on public disclosures related to the mineral exploration industry and previously I worked at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as a Compliance Adviser focusing on the JORC Code and Chapter 5 of the ASX Listing Rules. In addition I have a great deal of familiarity with all 20 chapters of the ASX Listing Rules and 35 Guidance Notes and their practical application to ASX Listed Companies which I have acquired over a four year period.In reference to broader corporate knowledge I have worked as a Senior Mining Analyst and Commodities Analyst where I built financial models in relation to mining development projects.During my time at the ASX, I diversified my experience on a wide range of hard commodities and their application in the broader mining economy.I have also acquired a substantial amount of knowledge on how to practically apply a range Regulatory Guides provided by the Australian Securities Investment Commission (ASIC).I have completed a Bachelor of Science with a major in Geology and Geophysics at the University of Sydney and will be aiming to complete my Bachelor of Laws in 2024 at the University of Notre Dame Australia (Sydney Campus).
