Under Maxis’ strategic roadmap to insource key delivery capabilities, responsible for establishing the Maxis’ inhouse Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) that embraces Agile DevOps processes in driving digital transformation and innovation for both Self-Service and Assisted channels, delivering Maxis’ key digital frontends/microservices backends both Consumer and Enterprise Business. Shape and architect the Omnichannel Digital Sales, Retail, Care/Contact Center, Credits & Collections and Customer eXperience capabilities aligning with business ambitions. As Head of Digital Business Platform Solutions, looks after the GTM of New Digital Businesses and Digital Services platforms for both Consumer and Enterprise Business. Responsible for establishing the IoT Center of Excellence (IoT CoE) which will continue to grow and mature alongside our IoT business. In the Maxis’ Cloud Practice/Business, assist the Enterprise Business in shaping and building out the delivery capabilities and joint GTM with our Cloud Partners.
